Speaking about the Newport one specifically, it’s a gay sauna Sunday to Friday Late afternoon (or thereabouts). In that guise it’s called The Greenhouse. There’s no membership cost, it’s £20 per visit.

On Friday night the evening is run by Chameleons (Chams) and is membership only.

On Saturday it’s a gay sauna again during the day but at some stage (not quite sure when but 6pm at latest I suspect) it becomes bisexual night with no membership. Same price for males, not sure of price for couples or ladies. It’s a bi vibe so if you’re straight and uncomfortable with bi stuff occurring then you’re better off with the Friday option.

Respectfully also, if you attend on a Saturday please expect or don't be shocked to see bi play actually happening. I seem to come across alot of straight men who seemed to be shocked by it..which is odd because it's bi night..
