So is the Championship a league full of nearly, would-be champions?
Or a league full of shit teams where just being less shit then the rest gets you promotion?

I am a Swans fan, so will start by saying well done to Cardiff, its gr8 to have 2 welsh teams playing in the top tier.
But I think you are right, its a poor Championship this year, and I watched Cardiff on the box last week and the difference in class is evident, and its going to take a lot of the "promised" 25mill to get a decent side, after all players in the Prem are going for 5-6 mill.

The Championship this season has needed a record number of points to stay in it, and still anyone in the bottom 10 can get relegated, the managers of the respective clubs say it is getting tougher every year, not easier, and their opinions are the ones that matter, not some anti Cardiff supporters.
As for basing Cardiff's team on one game on the tv last week, which was not the best performance, absolutely ridiculous, like the Jacks play well every game do they, yeah right course they do.
And Stag Cardiff gained promotion because they have far more points than anyone else, it does not matter about form guides, we have walked the division. |

Your consistent poor form shows you have merely staggered giddily the league, not walked it.
1-0 or 2-1 wins, plenty 0-0 draws all prove the narrowness of the Championship. If any top six teams had mounted a real assault you'd be in the play-offs.

The Redbirds are in for a massive shock come August, i'll be surprised if they beat Derby's all time record low of 12 points.
I think i'll put a score on them in Coral on being relegated before the xmas turkey has gone cold. |
