I'm utterly failing to remember how often they are, and whether we need to book in advance

They are every Saturday and you just turn up. No need to book. Call the club to make sure of anything you're unsure of may be best

No, you only need membership on a Friday from 8pm, when it becomes Chameleons. Saturday is pay on the door, £20pp.
