The venue will be available for our sole use from 2030hrs-0300hrs!
Numbers will depict how many floors we occupy, but the numbers will have to be limited to 150 as the venue is somewhat smaller than our previous venue and we want to find out for ourselves how many we can accommodate comfortably at this venue, SO FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!
There will NOT be a reserve list on this occasion, but we will see during the evening how things pan out!
The usual RULES apply;
This is a social people so no playing on the premises will be tolerated!
Only drinks purchased on the premises can be consumed!
Coloured bands MUST be worn by all members at all times to show you are VIP therefore not restricted to area!
Anyone found breaking the rules will be escorted from the premises and banned from future events!
Entry to the venue will cost £1.50 per head to cover costs!
Anyone still wishing to attend please email me their real names for the door list and venue details, are not to be disclosed to anyone, if people wish to know details then they can mail us!
Wrist bands will be issued by Joan after entrance fee has been paid!

Hoping to attend but finding it difficult to find a reasonable hotel not too for from the venue . As the rugby is on that weekend too in the millenium
Can we ask where are peolle staying and can anyone recomend reasonable hotel or b&b

haha the rhondda is miles out from abergavenny, cant afford a b+b atm just moved into this house so thats sucked up a load of cash, and car troubles. usually would have booked a room at the royal but cash says no this time

Were staying in Cardiff, and looking for some pre-social drinks.
Any cpls get in touch, who knows maybe you can join us in the naughty corner at the social.

there is usually a big crowd who get together for a pre social drink obviously i cant name the place in forum but ask one of the regulars who are going to social x |
