not sure banning heels would be a good idea lol lots of women like to dress up and the heels go along with the outfit.

now i'm not assuming anything but i think more damage has been caused to the individual through alcahol than through footwear.

everything in moderation I say (well maybe not everything lol)

I know but I am just saying what I have witnessed in the years i've been going to Chams. Not saying alcohol was involved or even high heels in the incident that occured there last night.

I don't drink at the club cos i'm terrified of falling lol can barely walk in bare feet

DISAGREE STRONGLY

i always wear killer heels and have no problems with Chams Newport stairs or any other stairs for that matter.

The day they disallow heels is the day we cut our memberchip card up!

Jayne loves to wear her "hooker heels" as she calls them, and, although she has to take care on the stairs, she gets around Chams ok, even after a few drinks lol!

Truth is, anyone can take a tumble at any time, I myself have been known to fall ass-over-tit on a smooth flat surface with no trip hazards!

Only the lady in question will know the full details of the possibility of any alcohol/heels/clumsiness/etc related issues that led to her unfortunate accident, all we can hope is that she is not too badly hurt and that she makes a rapid recovery.

I make my wife/slave kep her hees on all night long! She wears straps that go around her ankles and shoes so that she couldn't take her heels off even if she wanted to

We don't do the wet side of any club, so she is always dressed up, stockings, heels the lot

Personally I'd be automatically put off any club that didnt allow heels. I never ever wear flat shoes and I certainly don't intend to start now

Stockings, suspenders and flip flops? Hmmm, just doesn't sound right. Every time i've gone to chams over the years i've always wore heels. I've had friends in towels, bare footed who have taken a tumble without alcohol consumption. I've been completely wasted in my heels and still managed to make it around the club ok. I feel for the lady in question and glad her injuries were not serious, it was just an unfortunate incident. Stopping wearing heels isn't going to rectify the problem! I'm hoping to be there this Sat with my 6 inch heels on xx

Well if youre having trouble with heels on stairs maybe you should practice wearing them more or dont bother wearing them. You cant just ban heels in a club because you have issues with them. As susie said she wears killer heels and has no issue.maybe its just you? H

Ladies have worn "heels" for donkeys years. And yes the majority have taken a stumble or fall at sometime but so have people in wellies. keep the "heels ladies. Much better than "Klondike anti-slip" working boots

I want to defend myself against your attack on flatties which I take personaly, because I stoped wearing heels many years ago when at 5ft 1 1/2”,I realised that by wearing heals I was fooled into thinking my legs looked long and elegant, how wrong was I? it gave me an un natural stance&my walk like a lot of ladies might find I looked like i had a severe case of constipation,I of course did not spot this for a long time,I now wear one type of foot wear for all occasions, they are sexy chocolate brown chunky leather walking boots, they look particularly good with a very short sexy out fit along with fashion tights&i feel equaly elegant&sexy,so wanted you to know their is A full&equaly sexy life without heels, you might have gathered I am hopeful that my fashion faux pas may catch on and women can feel as libarated as when they burnt their bras,so maybe one day women can once again experiance running freely, all I can say is ban the heels"safety issue”for bare feet, and wet areas, hope my reply amuses you,but please take a look, are they sexy?or conformity? Walk Tall Walk True
