Well, I go dipping on a regular basis, and wondered who else does this too.
Let me know your favourite spots. (I prefer evening cold water dipping to the early morning sea swims)
Would love to introduce new people to it, and it's benefits. Ask away! (I'm thinking of going to Pont Ar Daf this evening)
