Hi folks. Im currently sunning myself where i am but will return to Wales May time. Have chatted with my new g/friend and she is keen for us to sample Morfa Dyffryn, more so to see if the dunes stories are true and if they are; to enjoy our debut there. Can anyone coroborate any of the naughty goings on there please ? |

A word of warning….. Be aware that it is advisable in my experience to wear flip flops when walking through. The dunes. I’ve previously come across broken glass and dirty toilet paper and faeces just under the service. |

It’s the same on the southern dunes at Shell Island, but much worse as people are camping there as well and many cant be bothered to walk or drive the 1/2 mile to the toilet blocks. |

Walk along the wooden board walk from the car park and turn right (left is families) and first area is textiles, then straight nude,then past a gap in the dunes on the right,the gay/bi area. |

The fun normally happens in the dunes where there is some privacy from the people walking on the beach.
You will see the men walking round looking for fun, and you might be lucky enough to find a couple having fun. Stop and watch from a distance. If they want you to join they will let you know.
If you gay or bi, then just say hi to another guy in the dunes, if they are up for it they will let you know |

Park at the public car park located at LL44 2HD (Ffordd Benar, Dyffryn Ardudwy) . Walk along the board walk onto the beach and turn right.
Walk along the beach for 10-15 mins and you will see the naturist sign. Find a suitable spot and relax! |

I once took the shortcut through the dunes to get to the beach (I’m always on the beach, not the dunes). I was caught in a veritable stampede of naked men with backpacks, They were falling over themselves to get somewhere; there’d clearly been a sighting of action in the distance.

There is a car park at Fford Benar. Bit of a walk to the naturist part but not too far. Not aware of any parking closer than that. |

Very windy here, looking at the sea, it's the roughest I've ever seen it, White capped waves for miles. |

We went there 2 years ago and once we found the pay and display car park the beach wasn't too far away but the naturist beach was a good mile away.
As it was our first visit we pitched up on the beach but had to move back to the dunes when the tide came in as the beach is flat. Two cautions are the wildlife, there are jellyfish in the water, they're small and can sting, bit like a nettle sting but some might react worse than others. I was bitten on my ankles and feet by midges or similar that could be seen at the waters edge.
Now we've got the campervan we can stay there longer but with our current situation that doesn't appear to be this year. |

Thanks; that's a bit nearer to the beach. We were going to go on Sunday; trust the weather not to be on our side.  |

Friday,no sign of the sun yet,it is quite windy but also very mild,not a day for nudists,but fine for shorts and t shirt. |

Well it is a nudist beach and that what people do, sick of seeing post on here about about people going there especially looking for playing, it a nudist beach not a swinginger club, we haven't been for years now due to people like this spoiling the place for everyone |

Totally agree as to the purpose of the beach - for me its still a go to place - I have been there on my own - with female partners and with male friends - it’s how you conduct yourself which is the most important part of it

Totally agree as to the purpose of the beach - for me its still a go to place - I have been there on my own - with female partners and with male friends - it’s how you conduct yourself which is the most important part of it

couldn't agree more, they are a pain when walking back from the sea have spotted some taking photos from the top of the dunes of couples below seriously bang out of order, it people like these have put us off going back no respect at all |
