Work hard and diet if you want to lose fat but if you have to take any thing I would go for a masteron or primo stack have a look on the steroid forums , but you smash out hour on the bike at level 6 hour on the cross trainer level 15 and half hour row level 10 every day and that will shift the fat let me tell you your burning 1400 calories there I stripped from 17st4 4 months ago to 14st 9 that I am now it's hard work but hey it'll stay off you and you fell better cause you have worked hard |

Remind me to never go to the gym with you Robbo haha feel free to come use my cross trainer though- me and the ladies can order a takeaway and open a few bottles and you can be our visual entertainment on the cross trainer in my lounge |

i luv me food but now is slowly losing some weight but but still eat my home made steak and chips once a week just mesns i losing it slower but hey ho every lb gone helps so i could be a fat stripper if that was what the post was about but it was about fat stripping pills lol |

Try reducing your calories to about 1500 a day and cut down on the carbs and increase your protein while doing 20 mins hard cardio and a heavy weight sess should burn fat and tone up and the reduced cals and carbs will make your body use its fat stores for energy
Forget diet pills and other stuff it's a short term fix and will probably do more damage than good |

Fat strippers are good but a good diet with minimal carbs is the best way to go also watch your salt intake as this will make your body retain water and you will find it hard to get a six pack. Try and find a class with some sort of circuit training as you will probably find that easier to stick too and will get good results. |
