The first thing I do is read their profile no matter what the message says.
you’ve a few typos in yours you might want to change.
You’ve been honest about your situation but that will be a hard no for many people. Don’t be disappointed if you get blocked, it helps saves us all time.
It’s really obvious to us if a person has read our profile or not and we don’t write them for fun. Or rather we do

I sympathise OP; it’s not easy knowing how to ‘pitch’ an opening message. On the one hand this is a Swingers site and you don’t want to come across as boring and uninteresting, but neither do you want to sound too pushy or entitled. I find it depends on how the profile you’re messaging is written too. Some are, shall we say, more direct than others, so will get a different message to, let’s say, a newbie.
Either way, the nature of the beast is with so many single guys on here, and the poor behaviour of so many of them, we’re going to get ignored and not replied to a significant percentage of the time. Take it as part and parcel of life on here, keep your standards up and cross your fingers! |
