Really random question for a swinging site but does anyone know how to get involved in any powerlifting meets in South Wales?
Looking for one to give myself something to work to |

Totally depends as there’s many federations within the UK
Kongs in Bridgend do in house powerlifting meets with no affiliation to any fed and can be a safe base to “practise”
There’s welsh powerlifting but they’re a “natural” federation so if you dabble in gear they won’t accept you,
Private message for any more info mate as compete myself |

Like the man here says Kongs in Bridgend recently had an in house. Would be a good starting point and then you can talk to a few of the lads there about other comps and they'll point you in the right direction |
