Each club is different. Some will require advance membership or advance booking, others you can just turn up. Check the guidelines for the event you wish to attend.
Dress code will vary per club.
Some events will cater to different tastes. Eg. BBW / BHM night, greedy girls, inter-racial, Kinky/ bdsm night.
The one thing that applies throughout is respect. Don't touch or involve yourself in anyone's play without express permission. If invited to watch, do so respectfully. Some people like to be watched and put on a show.
Don't assume that because you have paid entry, you have any entitlement to sex. Interact with people, chat, socialise.
