I know many ask for help and tips and the volume is pretty high, so apologies in advance
I have been on here for quite some time and have struggled to meet, when I send a message it’s usually no reply or a no Thankyou
I can’t always attend socials due to my working hours but really struggle to get any meets at all
So…, can I ask for some help and feedback, be as honest as possible please, is it my profile, my pictures, my body type, I am absolutely fine with honesty which is needed for me to change whatever I can to make it/me more appealing

Username tends to put people off if its vulgar.
Photos are dick pic, dick pic and dick pic. People see it all day everyday on here and your bio is very short.
By all means get you willy in a photo but several angles of the same thing isn't interesting. Pop more information on your bio, people take time to read this and surprisingly I've had more attention from a well written profile and no photo than putting a face pic up and having limited info.

3 dick pics and a 40 word bio, I'd say you are getting the sort of responses that you deserve.
Your profile is the first chance you have to make an impression, is multiple dick pics how you want people to see you?
You need to use your bio to set out not only what you are looking for, but what you can offer.
Ask yourself...
"If I was my target audience, would I respond to my profile?"
Do a search of single male profiles, look at the competition, and then maybe have a re-think.
And yes...the organised socials are one of the best ways to massively improve your prospects, and saying that you cant attend due to work is a poor excuse, no-one works 7 days a week, and there are socials all over the place on different days.
Your chances of getting meets rest on the effort you put in, zero effort means zero rewards.
