What i find annoying is that when it was 30mph most people drove over the limit, now its 20 and you get people doing 15 mph

All over the place

Yeah it's added quite a bit of time to my commute. Traffic lights etc now have far less people going through each cycle :s

So the policy is working then - getting people to slow the fuck down and stop speeding through residential areas.
