Anyone else doing the Cardiff Half Sunday?

My first ( and probably last) half marathon, so if you see me say hi.

I’ll be shuffling along with very red cheeks no doubt.

Best advice I was given before my first 10km was "Just remember to run your own race", it works for me.

My fave event of the year. I hate road running. But I love the atmosphere at Cardiff half. It'd the spectators that make it.

I haven't ran since last year's and I can just about run a bath at the moment but I'm going to do next year's for sure
