For the past year I have had problems with the Frisky Wales test kits.
I know that you get asked questions about the nature of the sexual encounter (protected or not, etc), but previously you'd order the test kits you wanted, and you got them.
Now I've ordered every test kit, and the past 3 kits have either turned up with just a few bits (the 1st one was just Urine and mouth Swab), or they haven't turned up at all. This time I ordered every test, and have just got the urine one.
If I ring a help line I'm sure I'll be told patronizingly that they've changed how they give you them, and they probably base what they give you on how you answered their questions.
I'm still mad this change has happened. When did it happen (or is it a mistake by them 3 times in a row?). How do I convince them to give me the full testing kit? I want to be safe!

I've not had any problems with that service, and it's super quick to respond.
Infections are at record levels at the moment ... There was a news report about it earlier this week. Especially oral gonorrhea which people are catching from giving unprotected blow jobs / licking etc. So it's more important than ever that you get all the tests done regularly. Hope you get it sorted. |

I had an issue with mine !
Only had one swab in the box .. before I had contacted them I had a message to say they were having problems and that another was in the post.
Arrived next day.
