In all seriousness, there is no best time. Every Saturday is different. Sometimes it's busy early and tapers off, sometimes it gets going later. Sometimes it's consistently active, sometimes it's as dead as a doornail. In short, it's like any night in your local pub. You just go and see who's in, and have a chat.

If you're asking at what time is there a lot of sex happening, you can't guarantee a time, or that you'll be welcome to get involved. Just go to the club, talk to people, don't be an ocean-going danger and get the vibe of the place.
