Planning to go to Morfa dyffryn in August but staying near lake bala for a week , hoping to meet up with cpls at the beach is there any protocol regading meeting there, single guy here |

Dyffryn Seaside Estate now charging £4 on the gate to park in the car park closest to Morfa Dyffryn beach. I'm happy to pay it but was caught short this morning rocking up with no cash and only a credit card. Apparently it's split between them and the air ambulance which is a good cause. No opening and closing times to the car park, you just have to pay to use it and display your ticket. This is new, I was here two weeks ago and didn't pay a penny unless of course I got here before and left after the friendly guy on the gate.  |

there has been a charge for parking there for many years. Last year it increased from £2 to £4 but at least it has not gone up any more (so far) this year. If you get there really early you avoid being charged as the guy will not be there, but most of us are happy to pay, particularly as it's 50% for the air ambulance service |

Yes exactly good cause and great facilities I'm just gobsmacked that I've never seen this guy in the gate in all the years I've been coming, but then I do arrive super early and leave after sunset so I guess it figures. |

There is, or was. We stayed there last year. I've heard it's been sold on & no longer has a naturist part of the campsite. Not sure how true this is though. Check out their website & try calling them.. bennar.co.uk |

I got a return call from them earlier, it's under new ownership, but it no longer has a nudist camping section. That area has now been allocated for seasonal pitches

Here is our take on the area. The main beach is reserved for naturists, any sexual activity would be frowned on. There is a gap in the dunes where most of the exhibitionist fun happens. Sometimes referred to as Swingers Alley. At busy times there can be a lot of single guys in the dunes, both straight and gay. Fine if that is your thing, but sometimes can be a bit overwhelming. We tend to go past the alley and find a more secluded spot, sometimes with other couples. It is good to arrange a meet on here. It is a bit hit and miss for fun, but such a beautiful area. Hope that helps. |

There’s a board walk from the carpark by the toilets which takes you to the beach but you still have to navigate the stones to get onto the sand . |

With regard to the weather. If your in the area even if it's wet where you are,it's worth having a trip to Morffa as the place seems to have it's own micro-climate.

"You can find the Naturist area by either getting on the beach at Shell Island and walking south. Or parking at the end of the Benar Beach Road and walking North (There is also parking at Dyffryn Seaside Estate (£4). Either way it is at least 20 mins walk. The Naturist area is very well signposted and easily spotted as there are lots a naked people there "

It’s always said that and it’s always been ignored.
People always go in the dunes and always have fun, it is a public beach but you don’t really get families there, it’s normally couples or singles.

This is the closest post code , LL44 2HD is the post code for Dyffryn seaside estate which is next to dens field . Dens field is on the right just before the estate. |

The beach is huge so plenty of room for everyone. It is important to remember it is a family naturist beach, so strictly no open play on the seafront. Most of the play happens in the dunes. If you play there you do tend to get an audience. There is a bit of a recognised area, called 'Swingers Alley'. We sometimes chat to couples there and move to a quieter area.
The 'Meercats' tend to congregate there. They are usually respectful.
