For Gods sake, It has snowed in Wales for thousands of years so why the panic. Ime sick of hearing, " I cant get to work cos the roads by my house are blocked with snow. Get off your arse, get your neighbours together and shift the bloody stuff. get the booze out and make it a party. |

I kind of agree with you on that one .. with my background in Scandinavia I have always been used to snow, and nothing less than a couple of feet caused problems (on a major scale).
I mean, snow like today would not have closed anything, or sent anyone home from work ..
.. saying that though, I am a big child at heart, so I'd rather have a snow ball fight/build snowmen than being on duty! :P |

Liability is the issue these days!
Clear your driveway/path or the pavement - someone slips on it and hurts themselves then it's you that's liable and gets sued! It's not a nice fact of life but alas it's a true one! |

I work in bridgend it took me 3 hours to get to swansea you rite we can't cope it was on the news we ready for the snow obviously they didn't tell them on the m4 when they shut it for 3 hours |
