Camping weekend 21st June to June 24th Friday – Monday
It is approx 4 miles outside Dolgellau and only 9 miles from Barmouth beach perfect for all you naturists out there
Arrival is after 3pm on the Friday checkout by noon on the Monday
Cost is £25 person
Unfortunately there are no electric hook ups ....I’m really sorry for those wanting to bring caravans and mobile homes but you are still more than welcome to come and join us.
We also have use of an indoor meeting area in case of bad weather.
Please be aware this is not a proper campsite but more “wild camping” back to basics but there are toilet and shower facilities. However we are allowed campfires and bbqs unlike most regular campsites
We are hoping to have a big bbq on the Saturday afternoon so everyone can get to know each other so don’t forget your bbqs and sausages

Phone reception is limited to some providers in certain areas of the site ...as it is camping in a mountain area.......like most places at night and in the rain it is dark and cold and wet....so bring your teddy to cuddle up to ......campfires are not illegal nor is the camping as this is a private event on private land ....just like you can light a baroque in your back garden or pitch a tent if you wish. However this site is being developed at present and by the time of this event will have a shower block as well as provision for additional portal oops if required. Oh and I believe that a disco and entertainment is being arranged with a small marquee, as well as a suckling pig roast and several workshops planned including pole dancing lessons around the tent pole, lol I can't do that myself very well
Also the pricing structure is likely to be £25 for the camping unit and the 1st occupant with additional persons at£15 each. So a couple of us single lads could come together in a larger tent or maybe you couples might like to share a tent between you ( if it doesn't cramp your style.
There will be a security team and stewards on site as well as a few volunteers. There may even be a location with a jacuzzi available on site.
These details will be finalised by Cazaah on a dedicated website which will be password protected for all who have booked.
The site will strictly be a non playing social event however what you wish to do in the privacy of your own tent is up to you 
Access onto site will be limited to persons with the relive not access code and pre booked pitch allocated.
However since the WEATHER cannot be booked arrangements have been made to help people upon arrival and some disabled accommodation is also being made available. |

It seems to me there is an odour of sour grapes accompanied by an attempt to spoil other people's fun.
So my phone will be patchy - and??? I'll be on a holiday, why do I need to get my emails and texts every 5 mins.
It's a basic campsite with basic facilities - most of my fave camping trips have been on those. I believe we will have the (official and registered) site to ourselves so won't be upsetting any families in the next field. And the fact that we're one group will make sharing the facilities easier.
And fires and barbecues are allowed on private property with the permission and under the supervision of the land owner or their representatives.
And I'm planning on camping, not sleeping in a bed! I don't need a roof, I'll be bringing my own!
I'm having a really tough year which is about to get tougher. If I'm not only willing but also happy and eager to rough it under those conditions then there will be plenty more who will too.

I will be bringing along a wood burning stove that will be in the marque so that we can all chat into the early hours or dry out things if we get wet but you never know we might even get some sun to brighten our days. I am sure we will all be able to give you a big hug and boost -Mike |

For the culture vultures there's Portmeirion to visit (The Prisoner),

Think i'll have to give this one a miss due to just starting a job then. But for future reference, are young single males allowed to come? I've been to a few swingers clubs, enjoyed them very much. And i very much like to camp, i go ever year and often go to music festivals.

They generally are. The focus is on the social element first (though play does happen) and a good mix of couples and singles makes for happy campers |

Just one other thing, how far is it from Barmouth? As i don't drive so i'd have to get public transport. I can get a train to Barmouth, and maybe get public transport, i'd happily taxi it but wandered how far it is.

I'd love to go to this, just relaxing in the sun, have fun, few drinks and a BBQ. I've just got to find out when i start my placement year. And be with people who are not immature about sex (Being a student isn't always fun). |

Fee paid, now should I (as a solo male) bring my 8-Berth tent, with no dividers so everyone can join in, or have separate bedrooms!
