Yep Mr monkey goes to another gym but I’ve not been since before Covid. He’s changing to support me.

Induction is booked so all set to go xx

We’ve changed to Bannatynes so we can use the pool, sauna, steam room and jaccuzzi x

In Llanishen I believe. I looked at it but decided on the Village gym as it’s closer to me

It's a tiny little gym tbh but if like me you go late it has all that you need. Imagine during normal hours it's probably a bit cosy but the ones in Cardiff are miles bigger.
