Feedback from feb’s social been great with people saying the mix and ratios good
Next dates either Friday 2nd or Sunday 4th
However if we to use venue again with exclusivity they want an increase in price - IF we had it on a Friday
Other alternatives is Friday but mixing with a few regulars ( name badges mean we can be pretty safe who we talking to )
Sunday afternoon/evening - exclusive use
OR another venue & if anyone has any ideas happy to follow them up
Thoughts please whilst June feels a long way off we’d like to get this advertised and booked |

Friday would definitely be better with no work the next day and would prefer exclusive rather than mixing with the public as it’s a cosy venue.
Maybe don’t offer the free drink and the venue would keep the price the same? I’d happily pay a bit more for the ticket though if that was needed.

I missed the last one due to illness, but spoke to a few that went and they really did enjoy it.
There wouldn’t be nothing wrong if you didnt offer the free drink and people had to pay a bit more,
Being exclusive does have its advantages after all never know who is at the bar as a regular lol
And it will also mean other know who the name badge is then from fab if you are thinking of using username,
Where last held is good with easy place to park your car |

hi i would like to put my name down for next time
last time was really good and i personally have no objection to paying extra to have a totally private venue as i think it makes for a better social |

Friday would be ideal, but no idea why they want to up the price as they had a full pub there anyway and most people spent money behind the bar that night.
Maybe forget the free drink options as we come in to see if the price would stick/ work out. |
