It's when they keep popping up with new names that it's gets tricky & then of course, you've got those with multiple profiles.. just be strict with your block button. If it looks off block it X |

Just to clarify none of them have ever contacted me, I just see they've joined on local updates. |

Is it really bizarre? It doesn't just happen here. It happens all over social media.
Without even really thinking about it I can come up with several reasons why they would do it |

It's a fickle place here...could be a multitude of reasons?
Get around blocks, deleted account in a rush then regretted it, think a new account will attract people.
One things for sure. You can go crazy figuring out others rationale so I wouldn't bother!  |
