Well if is delivered in an educational manner with English instructions is that permitted ?
Mind you not sure who joins a swingers site to learn Welsh !
Mind you this is the Wales forum so why can't we ?.....admin can you comment ? |

think its because not all people can speak welsh and some get offended so you have to speak in a language everyone knows  |

Yep true universal language we are told is to be spoken and even tho we have a Welsh Room not all of us born and bred in Wales can speak the language, I know I cant xxxx and being a nosy person i like to understand what ppl are saying in chat room, suppose you can speak welsh or german or gaelic in pm boxes or messages xxxxx innit  |
