Thanks guys. Tried the fry up.... chocolate...... etc etc only thing I can not face is alcohol. Cant even face the Sunday dinner ive made. Surely 2day hangover is unfair lol

A banana to replenish potassium levels. Also I drink a pint of water before I go to sleep, works every time.

Its not alcohol that gives you a hangover its sleep if you think about it when you go to bed your fine but after you have slept you wake up with a hangover so it must be sleep.
