"I have a job interview on Thursday. Apart from pay schedule, holidays etc, what questions should I be asking? "
Learning and development opportunities, shows you want to develop and you see a future in the company and also gives you an ideal of extra stuff you could be doing whilst there |

These are a few i asked last time i had an interview (and got the job) ..
What does a typical workday look like in this role?
What learning and professional development opportunities are available?
What are the most important things you’d like to see someone accomplish in the first 30, 60, and 90 days on the job?
What’s your favorite part / best thing about working here?
Good luck.

Offer to sign a basic NDA ( Non Disclosure Aggreement ) if you are successful.
By doing so you will show the employer you are loyal & trustworthy .
Google NDA for info & if you do get the job make sure the terms are fair |

If the salary or hourly rate isn't great, ask if this is the starting rate n will there be a rase once you have proven yourself doing the job.
Normally they will say yes.
I also like to try n spot, if I can a few things they can improve on n how best you think you could change it for the best. |

Biggest one for me
What is the current staff retention rate?
It can be a massive give away that it might not be a great place to work if there is a high staff turnover rate. There has to be a reason for it!

Don't be. Believe in yourself. It is as much about you interviewing them as it is them interviewing you. Find out if you even want to work there. I hire people all the time and I can tell you, best interview is a two way interview. Know about what they do. Do some research, Google is your best friend here. I coach people in interviewing. Happy to help you out if you like. Good luck and be the best you xxxx |
