We had a cracking day at the beach today the tide was right the water was warm there wasn't many bodies down there mind but we made sure we enjoyed.

think he means the bridle path which is just along from the prince of wales pub. Much quicker than the nature reserve x

20/30 mins or so. Significantly less than the reserve and an easier walk I think, although still sand etc, so can’t really cycle it which annoys me
