I have a friend visiting from Austria in August for a long weekend and I need to rent somewhere/something. Obvious priorities are privacy and the ability to invite maybe a half dozen friends over and I'm looking for ideas oh and price wise, for once I'm not looking to get bent over

Also tents or canpervans aren't what we're looking for
