walk towards the sea from the nature reserve, when you get to the gravel path before the dunes turn right , it's a fair walk , the unofficial naturist area is about 200 yards before the estuary so if you get there you've gone too far , the dunes and beach are used for nude sunbathing

The right place

Do people stick to the dunes or can you bathe in the sea too?

we've seen people swim naked but if the tide is low its quite a way to the sea so you'd have to be very careful not to be seen by families and other walkers , it's at the far end of the beach so not many go past but people do venture down that way , lots of locals do know that naturists go there but that doesn't mean they want to see them

Where I lay my towel down is a lot higher than the beach and have a good view of any walkers who may be about, so I wait for an empty beach and go for a dip
