Let's face it the attraction is the fact that they are the most forbidden of forbidden fruit.

Yes having sex with another man's partner/wife is seen as taboo but another man's partner ( single pregnant women are also hot ) who is pregnant then a lot of people just wouldn't be able to get their head around the idea.
