I'm doing my first park run tomorrow, any other park runners on here?

I was doing couch to 5k until a bout of Covid derailed me Hoping to be fit enough for park run in another month or so

I used to, but my son's football is at 0930 on a Saturday morning, so that's knocked it on the head

However I do go trail running 2-3 times a week, up and over the Clwydians

if you get a sub 30 you could do both

PB is just over 22 minutes, but even that's pushing it to get to the footy

It takes about half an hour just to get the sprog in his kit
