It is because so many cars these days have daytime running lights that cannot be turned off when the engine is running to keep themselves warm.... 
Just switching the ignition on to open the electric windows switches the damn things on.....  |

The problem is they're sat there with all their lights on, not their daytime lights so annoying |

So many cars also have auto headlights and you would be surprised how many drivers have no idea how to switch them off....!!
But I do agree some are just twats and have no idea how to behave. We have left sites due to too many headlights on. No-one likes to play when lit up for all to see.... |

Well I can I just suggest just park up and turn your lights OFF... and to those idiots who turn up at locations and drive in with full beam on , don't be knobheads and dim them  |
