NEWPORT SOCIAL SATURDAY 29TH JANUARY

The next Newport Social will be on Saturday 29th January. Unless covid restrictions are in place.
PLEASE DONT ADD YOUR NAMES IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF ATTENDING.
ALSO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE YOUR FILTERS WHICH STOPS ME FROM MESSAGING YOU, OR PLEASE MESSAGE ME.
YOU MUST HAVE A FEW RECENT MEET VERIFICATIONS TO GET PUT ON THE LIST.
It's in a private function room, closed to the public.
it will run from 7.30-late
Entrance fee is £1.50 per person.
There will be a raffle and background music.
This is a social evening, and there will be NO PLAYING AT ALL on the premises, anyone found playing etc, will be asked to leave the premises and banned from future Newport Social's.
As this is a social event dress code is smart/casual dress.
Anyone wanting information on hotel's etc, please feel free to email me.
All detail's will be sent out a week before.
Look forward to seeing our regular's and meeting new peep's. |

I agree with this sentiment, but the current stupid restrictions are for table service only in pubs and no dancing. This is not they way we're used to partying at this mega social!
Also, if it's book in advance and pay at the door, does it count as an 'indoor event'.... If so numbers are restricted to 30 
I really hope kinky pair and the venue owner can find a way around these bloody awful restrictions..... But I'm feeling a bit pessimistic right now tbh.

There’s a difference between dripford can do one and a venue getting a huge fine and being closed down - which is a venue that our community risk loosing whilst looking for a loophole! |

Not holding out much hope, but fingers crossed . I’d you have booked a hotel, the majority of them are honouring bookings and letting you change the date, so I been told xx |

The Newport social is several weeks away, so there would be no reason to think it would be cancelled. We all know how numpty drakeford is mr over cautious, but even he will most likely of seen sense by then and removed these idiotic restrictions on hospitality.
There’s a lot of effort that goes into organising these socials and we should all be very grateful and fully support them. |
