After hearing a lot of negative comments about Fannys we decided to give it a try.Expecting the worst we arrived only to have the best night ever. Ian and Julia were excellent hosts, the people were very friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxed and the surroundings superb. All I want to say to everyone is go and experience the place for yourselves as it may not be everyones cup of tea but we certainly intend going there again and thats says a lot for us |

I know I have been trying to find out what the costs are and how you get an invite, as it is the closest club to me....
Maybe one day I will manage to find out.

I think their web site is knackered and has been for ages, but they have an email addy and a phone number in the 'clubs' section I think... |

We have been afew times we find it abit dirty and there is a lot of damp in the play rooms I think if they spent abit of money on it maybe it would make it a better place 2 play |

have been a few times and its ok.
tho listening to couples chatting they find the host a bit to touchy fely when not invited to be so and i have seen this for myself.
he should do well to remember that the people who frequent his establishment are paying guests and should wait for an invite to touch etc.
have heard some fem halves of couples saying to others just tell him to fook off but it should not have to come to that respect respect respect..... |

Well all i have 2 say is that i love fannys and feel totally at home going alone and have since the very start for 4 yrs . i think people need to go and try it out and judge for themselves . hopefully we will see a few new faces there this week  |

fucked somethink up there we have been going to fannys for three years now and we have never been asked for a photo as for parking there were sixteen couples there the other week and all parked ok |

We've never had a problem parking & the hosting has always been friendly, never thought it dirty or damp. I suppose we all look for different things from a club & we'd chose this one above others we've been to xxx |

yes but my husband took the photo with my permission and the blinds were closed and at the time it was taken, only both of us were in the room because the door was locked for a private photo shoot lol |

You can of course take what photos you want to and wherever you wish to take them.
At Fanny's though the girl I went with was not happy at all about a conversation that went :
" £ 35 per couple, xyz will how you around, there are nibbles in the kitchen oh and I'll need to take a photo of your fanny to put on the wall of fanny's upstairs "
She found it unacceptable, and to be frank, I agreed with her |

I personally don't smoke and am quite particular about cleanliness and protocol of places. I can only go on our personal experience of Fannys. We listened to what others had said about it and although we were put off we decided to try it for ourselves. The hosts were extremely nice and as for it being a smoke ridden dive it was far from that when we attended. Please don't go on what other people say judge for yourselves. We did and we will be going back again |

I have been chatting to the originators of this post. I have taken a look at the comments regarding Fannys and over 45 gave positive feedback and 2, one of which was kinkycouple, gave negative feedback. Maybe your standards are above your station kinkycouple |

I think that was a snide and unnecessary personal attack someone who has, as is their right, expressed an opinion, on a business, on a public forum.
They have quite clearly said that everone views things differently and that what they said was thier opinion. |

Like we said everyone's standards are different we have been on the scene many years and been to many clubs and never had a problem with most of them, and as its an open forum we speak as we find, and your comments mopp make us laugh as your new to the site can't even add pics and have the cheek to slate us

Or maybe the 2 have standards and the others don't. No matter how any their are for or against, everyone's entitled to their view.
Have you stopped to think that maybe those with negative views are put off posting because they get slaughtered for it? We've been told by couples we know have standards that its a shit hole. Don't mean the place is, it was just their opinion.
It would be nice if we were all allowed our view without this crap |

Thats a load of crap. If people we meet regular, have known for years and trust say somewhere is crap,we'd be stupid to waste our valuable time and money going there.
Sometimes in life we all make judgements based on hear say like tv programes, cars and even holiday resorts so why the hell should this place be treated differently. Just accept that some people think its crap. |

It makes a difference when you refuse to let people have a view different to yours. We all do this for various reasons and we all have different views but you can't say that because more gave the place a good report the ones who gave it a bad report are wrong.
I could as easily say the ones who have a good report have no standards and don't venture anywhere to experience a quality club but instead stick to their twisted click.
I will say that the above quote is not my view as I don't know any of you but if most of us said it, would it make it right? NO, of course it wouldn't and the fact that we don't go to clubs with single men has nowt to do with people telling us it's a shit hole. Grow up |

we havnt got a problem with people giving their views,if they have been to the place in question,its people who havnt been but like to stick their oar in when they havnt got a clue when they havnt been to the places only go by hearsay as for going to classy places weve been to many a classy place in this country and abroad |

My wifes opinion above, my opinion is similar, I would never darken the doors of this place ever again. Went on our first ever experience, just the two of us went to play just to get comfortable, ended up with a single guy, stood, with arms crossed watching us even though he had been told no thankyou politely. We both freaked, and tried to leave at which point the male proprietor started ramming his tongue down wifeys throat and groping her behind. No manners, no customer care and no chance of us ever going back! |

i used to go many years ago when i was with my ex hubby although found the place clean and tidy ,was pissed off that camera,s were allowed and a video started to circulate around my ex,s work place and we were in it, wasnt happy at all,was also told there was pictures of us on the wall told them to remove them but as far as i am aware they are still there to this day  ,aggree about the owner groping all the women got so sick of him trying it with me i grabbed a mouthfull of peanuts before i was leaving one night, knowing he would try and stick his tounge down my throat as he seen us out and yep he got a gobfull of nuts too  ,we went home and i sent them a lengthy email telling them exactly what i thought of them and the club and have never been back since  but just cause we dont like the place dont mean others wont try for yourself and make your own minds up. |
