After the success of the latest Meet and Greet theme night we are holding another Event on the evening of Saturday 27th October.
As this is so close to Haloween the dress theme will naturally be "Haloween".
Fancy dress is, however, optional.
The venue is private and discreet and there are rooms available for those of you wishing to stay over. Saturday night room rate is £40 per room and there are a mixture of Double, Twin and Family rooms available. If you wish to arrive early and stay on the Friday and Saturday nights then we can offer a discounted rate of £60 per room for the 2 nights, however please be aware that we as your hosts may not be available until Saturday.
Due to alot of last minute room cancelations at the last event, room bookings will now require a £10 non refundable deposit to be paid via Pay-Pal.
There will be a Buffet laid on and a Raffle and a minimal entrance fee on Saturday evening of £2 per person. Drinks will be on a bring your own basis and the same “Bar” arrangements as last time.
Please remember this is a Social event so the usual rules apply, however the rooms are not subject to the same restrictions. The golden rule is that “NO” means “NO” and anyone failing to comply with this basic rule at any time will be asked to leave.
Please bear in mind that these events take a lot of organising and should you be unable to attend, please let us know so we can swap your place with someone on the reserve list.
You will be notified via Mail of the location and timings for the Milford Fancy Dress Meet and Greet as soon as we have finalised numbers.

How spaces are left (if any)?? Obviously we are already going but we are thinking of inviting friends from Pembroke, pointless doing so if there is no room at the inn so to speak lol

As you may or may not know the milford meet and greet was run by kay,mick and mike (saphire and steel and oldbut shagable)and with sadness I have to imform you all that mick and kay have left the site and the joint running of the event,the event will still continue as will all the milford meet and greets in the future, but bare with me while I get the paper work sorted,the list is frozen until that happens and I can check numbers etc etc ....mike |

Dont think we are going to be there until late this afternoon mike, as we have to wait for Ian to get in from work. Would imagine it will be anytime from 5pm onwards, will let you know if that changes |

Cracking evening mike, we had a fab evening and lots of fun chatting to everyone....if anyone can help us though, does anyone here know Wendy & Phil's profile name as we would like to add them as friends etc.... Hope to see you all again soon
