Anyone tried it? is it any good? e tried setting it up last night on our mobile but couldnt do it, we have internet on our phone but dont think its a smart phone (havnt got a clue TBH lol). we were just wanting to try it to see if it works. |

We have tried it, works fine. Just gives you an approx distance in miles for other users of that facility.
Under 1 mile
1-2 miles
5-10 miles, and so on.....

on the web app feedback - where u posted - I read a few other having problems with Nokia - the n8 thread - which Admin have yet yo reply to .. it suggested maybe only tested in ios and android devices ... but just be aware I think only people who have agreed to be seen will be shown .. so still use the old search method .. x  |

It works to within under a mile! very accurate to be honest had a very unexpected meet through this option. use a samsung galaxy but need to activate gps  |

I have used this tool both at home and while out and about - and since it's using the phone's GPS it gives my present whereabouts (roughly) - even though my profile may say I live many miles away.
Hope that explains it... |
