Weekend away with my FWB and have horrific bruises on my knees and thighs

Any suggestions on what I can do to speed up healing?

Thank you.

Glos

Turmeric oral spray you can buy it online with Amazon next day delivery. Has fantastic healing properties. Anyone wanting extra energy the vitamin B12 works well too. Fast acting and not too expensive.

Arnica gel is amazing, I used it after my hysterectomy (done through c-section scar so lots of bruising) and it healed the bruising really quickly.
