Sooo... After last year's disaster with the pandemic causing my trip to Portmerion to be cancelled, it's pre-arranged for a few weeks time.
Anyone around that area who can recommend places to visit...?
Thanks

West Wales and Cardiff |
All about the mountains, beaches and landscapes really.
There’s the Zipworld, Coed-y-Brenin for mountaining biking etc. There’s a surf centre too, I think.
Perhaps head to Beddgelert and do some walks around there. It’s definitely not all about Snowdon.
Snowdonia (or “Eryri” in Welsh) is very beautiful

If you like walking and breathtaking views try Stwlan Dam, Cwmorthin Lake and the ruins of the slate mine, Bala Lake, Trawsfynydd, go for a ride on the train at Blaenau Ffestiniog. There's an amazing waterfall on the road to Bala - not that I can remember what it's called sorry! |
