Speaking to a few people there has been some interest in a club invasion to the Attic in Derby.
This will be in February around valentines with dates to be confirmed around the events.
If interested comment in the thread and let’s make it happen. |

Yes as I tried to organise something some time ago. I think it best the OP should at least confirm with the club that there are a few interested in travelling up and you never know they might be welcoming |

Just cause we've gone to clubs as a group doesn't mean everyone stays in a group!
Plus I've seen plenty of groups of friends meet up in clubs. Sometimes they're from all over and that's their place to meet up.

As promised a few spoke to us last night at the social about the valentine's trip to the attic club.
As soon as more information is available we will let all of you know.
Of course will be subject to what restrictions are around let's hope none by then. |

As a few have mentioned we arrange a night and we go up to the club, a few have been and some others have not, it is an opportunity to go to somewhere new with others and have a night out. |

Yes we spoke to snow and thought it would be a good idea to try to arrange an invasion as they use to be popular events.
It is a good way to meet new people and go somewhere new and check it out. |

I had a really long-winded post about why people from 'over the bridge' shouldn't worry about the term 'invasion'. But tbh if they are worried about a few cars/campers' worth of people who know each other, turning up for the first time to have a look around and enjoy their evening at a club most haven't been to before, then errr, why bother?
It's not like we are going to infect the place with 'Welshness' and put the bloody flag over the door, is it?

Well, we are regulars at The Attic party nights and always have a great time so highly reccomend giving it a go!
Would reccomend The Stuart Hotel for those wanting to stay over, it's a few quid in a taxi to the club from there and we've stayed a few times.
Hopefully we will be there during the invasion - seems like a good time is had by all! Maybe chat to some of you there! |

Would reccomend The Stuart Hotel for those wanting to stay over, it's a few quid in a taxi to the club from there and we've stayed a few times.
Hopefully we will be there during the invasion - seems like a good time is had by all! Maybe chat to some of you there! "

Hey, the attic website has been updated, and the valentine's party night is actually on the 26th of Feb, normally the last weekend of the month is party night. And that's when it's at its busiest. |

That’s definitely not my experience of a club invasion that we all end up in a group .. well maybe once a few years ago but I had a splinter in my toe from the decking and complained the hole way back to wales !! Not repeating that thank u |
