Westward bound. Libidex and several others all do a made to measure service.
They give you a chart with where to measure and although it'll cost more than the standard item, it won't break the bank.
I've just taken delivery of a large sh from libidex which has a 52 inch chest..(my shoulders are massive) and it's the best fit I've ever had
Also from that famous bay of e you can order a starter kit of glue,solvent,seam roller and sheet latex to have a go at making your own.
