Keep reminding yourself that most, if not all, people in that room will be experiencing nerves.
It’ll range from an excitable little flutter in their stomach to feeling a complete mess!
Remember also - the most outwardly confident people are often the ones “faking it” the hardest  . |

It’s normal to feel nervous going to your first group social. My first one, I arranged to meet someone there I’d been chatting to.
Everyone was so friendly and within no time I felt more relaxed. Walking through the door for the first time is the hardest part.

Why would you be nervous?
Its a pub.
Not only that a pub full of like minded people.its not as if you are walking into a room of the god squad with the perceved moral highground.we are all looking for no strings sex for pleasure.
Just strut your stuff .
The saying dance like nobody is looking.it applies to swinging too .xx have fun thats ehat iys all about. |
