The regular organiser used to tell the pub we were a book club. One of the staff came over to collect glasses, and asked "Where are the books? Half of you look like you can't read." |

Sorry peeps. Was sat there in bar. But this social anxiety shit kicked in and I just couldn't come over. I know it's stupid but it's haunted me for years. Hope you all have a great time.

Just got home from a fantastic night out. Was so great to meet so many new people. Thanks ever so much for being gentle on my first social. Sorry to those I didn’t get a chance to speak to - hopefully catch you again on the next one.

Throughly enjoyable day/night was had,great to see so many people in attendance as well.

Well thank you all for attending, mixing so well and making it a great day out.
So many newbies at their first social it was to coin a phrase fab.
