Try starting your day with a lovely walk, once u see a cop car throw something at it, then you should with a bit of luck have someone to run with, there will even be a little encouragement to be faster than the copper your running with, good luck   |

If old skool zombies when a fast pace walk should be sufficient, but trust me, the police car should be the easier option to find |
