Hi all. We are having a large luxury garden room constructed. We are making our own private part room. It will have a a bar, pool table, large luxury indoor hot tub, music, large screen TV, air conn, seats etc. Patio with fire pit to chat around. We are intending to hold private parties for 12 or so people. This is not a club and is completely free. Just want a place for all our fab friends to meet. We have never done this before so anyone who holds private parties or attends them. Any advice you have would be most welcome. Our bar is called "Shanti" which means peace in sandscript xxxx |

Basically for couples and single fems just go by who you want and by word of mouth.
Single males need to be recommend in my opinion, as at least your going to get reliable ones then.
Other than that, invite more than you anticipate turning up  |

Good idea, maybe also get a group chat going - that’ll minimise any nerves and hopefully reduce no shows.

This. I have a nasty feeling I was photographed at the only party I’ve been to, but I have no idea who he was so I can’t do anything about it. They said to all the men “don’t worry, your faces won’t be in any photos”, but my face wasn’t exactly at face height if you know what I mean. |

We tend to invite people we know then over the years we have had people they know also single guys are normally recommended.
Always invite more as sometimes some won't show,however saying that once we had 45 people turn up lol!!!!!
We have always said when we invite people that it's a no pressure party if you want to play then play if not just come and have a drink & a laugh
We can't wait to start our parties back up next month

The people who come Shanti will be trustworthy. It is not a club, its our home. No entry if you don't hand your phone in. No pictures at. No playing outside, respect is paramount. Any men will be well trusted. If there is any perceived risk we wouldn't do it. We are ok to have just one couple or one bi fem if that's all we could trust. We are creating a safe meeting place for people to relax. No obligation or need to play. Just safe enjoyment xx |

We’ve had a few and agree with previous comments about inviting more than you think as not everyone turns up.
They can sometimes be stressful in the arranging but our nights have always been fun!
As a previous poster said, I always make sure people know that there is no pressure and we are equally happy for people to come a chill in the hottub or have a game of pool whilst meeting like minded folk or getting down and dirty

Make sure that all your guests are well verified, and preferably with corroborating verifications. I've held a few parties in the past and it's always been the one's who you think seem like they are okay, and so you give them a chance to shine through despite them not having some kind of track record that let you down, and that includes two women who started fighting in my lounge as one couldn't bear the sight of her hubby with another woman, and an ex army officer who made a sharp exit when the gorgeous, sexy lady we were entertaining turned out to be more than he could handle. Best of luck, I hope that it all works out for you if you are putting this much effort in. |
