Well tonight is the start of the much anticipated euros - Can Wales once again make the nation proud ?? How many of you out there are going to be avidly watching and how many of you will become football widows when your partner watches the games ??

I'll be cheering them on, but I just can't get into football! I don't understand the fascination with it, but then I love Formula 1 and can't understand why people say it's boring!

Either way, COME ON WALES!!

Do well to get out of a tough group.not quite the euphoria of 2016 but still can’t wait! If we start with a win then confidence will keep growing.

Cmon wales!!!

West Wales and Cardiff

I’ll be watching.

I always thought of myself as a rugby supporter primarily, who happened to go to all the Wales home football games too.

In the last 15 years, I’ve become a Wales football nut, who just watches The Scarlets live and Wales rugby on TV.

Love the fact that Wales football support is drawn from all over Wales, and increasingly political, inclusive and forward looking.

Oh, and way louder .

"I dont think we will win a game and won't get out of the group we aren't good enough "

Nothing like a bit of positive thinking.

Whatever happens we know that the Welsh fans will be behind their team every step of the way

Cmon Wales and The Red Wall .

A close game and a good start. Both sides pretty competitive, both could have won it if they had taken their chances.

Need to beat Turkey now, but their stadium presence will be an issue. I am glad Wales are showing they are not a one man team centred on Gareth Bale .

Erm, no - the Welsh were Celts and the original British i.e. here first.

Anyway, the English are just Germans really .

I am happy for my English mates if they do well, but I do dread them winning it in many ways.

Ask yourself - if Wales won it (I know we won’t!) and you were English and lived in England, would you be happy if the media and people banged on about Wales’s glory relentlessly for years? Thirty years at the very least!

That’s what we’d face in Wales if England win it. It’s not the fault of English people, or the media even - it’s a product of the weird political geography of the UK!

"I mean come on what have the Welsh ever done for us ? "

I have been following England for over 40 years starting back when they played the school boy Internationals at Wembley, until I moved to Wales I didn't even know their was a rivaly, in rugby I see it but football for most it's a one way thing, our rivals is and always has been Scotland.

"I mean come on what have the Welsh ever done for us ? "

Besides providing the bulk of the coal that powered the industrial revolution and empire and made the UK rich?

Cardiff was the busiest port in the world at the time.

You might want to ask Brummies and Scousers what they’d do for water too .

Ensured the english reservoirs in wales are constantly topped up..

Especially on saturday nights when on way back from pub...

Gave you english the v sign...welsh archers at ctevy and agincourt helped you win...

Showed you how to take the zulus on as at rorkes drift...when youd failed miserably at isandwahla.

..

Got to America before you lot with prince madoc..

Given you the name for some of your rivers from our own word for river

.

Be a pure race

Unlike your melting pot of a race and language

You've got ancient celt, roman, Scandinavian, Germanic and french blood and god knows what in future years..where as we are pure.

Personally wouldn't want to piss on england if she was on fire.

So not really bothered what we can give you..

Harry Kane is my captain so am hoping he scores but apart from that I couldn't give a fuck who wins.

England are massive underachievers and always have been.

Never live up to the hype.

Being an England fan must be so frustrating

All the best to both sides
