An excellent program, we went straight into town and bought some red clover tablets & checked we have the right type of lube.
Could have done with seeing it two years ago, but better late than never. |

Really strange thing and with you lady’s on about it, turned my ex into a really strange person, walking on eggshells one day, then I didn’t show her enough attention the next. Ups and downs, tired and lethargic. To bouncing of walls. There is not enough advice and what advice is out there contradicts each other. Yes it’s down to individual to see what’s best for them yet when it hits try talking to a menopausal women about it. Hard work ? Especially when in denial about it. ???????? |

Yes it was, I didn’t write that in anway attacking her it was an open message on how hard it was on both sides yet, you ladies do not have enough support and help on this. That’s what I was trying to put across, I tried my best with her on it but really hard work, just to add split wasn’t over this either. |

I suffer from PMDD and have been convinced for the past couple of years that I'm also pre menopausal, for several reasons, but everyone keeps telling me I'm too young. I cba to go to my G.P for fear of feeling/looking fucking stupid. I haven't watched Davinas programme but may try and catch it later  |

You are not too young, and you wont look stupid in front of a doc, when you are looking for answers.
BTW there was a girl of 12 on the programme |

Expected just to get on with stuff and not moan etc
And tbh I don't really know where I would start speaking about it to a Doctor
