Hello everyone , just for fun , How did you come up with your FAB name , I saw this somewhere else and there was some great responses
I am curious as to how people choose some of the names I see here , Some are so clever funny and inventive
My fab name comes from a love of sex , a love of drums and a love of rock n roll and music
But also as a little funny side note
There is a lyric in the meatloaf song I’d Do Anything For Love , which says
“ Somedays I just pray to the God of Sex and Drums and Rock 'N Roll “
I thought this was appropriate on a sex site because if I had to have a safe word it would be “ meatloaf “ because it means “I’d do anything for love but I won’t do that”

Mine was actually what a well established couple, whom I first met on another site several years ago used to refer to me as. They had a selection of reliable single guys that they invited to gang bangs and parties, but there were also a few Dave's involved, and so they referred to me as Dave _ilverjag to avoid confusion. Then a few others refered to me by that name, so when I joined this site, I thought okay, use that name, and people who had met me in the past were possibly likely to recognise me straight away, and actually a few did. |

A few years ago I lived in Weymouth where there was a pub, opposite Weymouth station, called The Dog House, in which the infamous Madam Cynthia Payne had a financial interest. Basically it was a shrine to prostitution, but done in the best possible taste with framed newspaper articles of famous scandals on the wall, such as The Profumo Affair. But propped up against the wall was two long boat oars with the caption underneath reading, "Two old oars standing in the corner waiting for something to happen" |

And hiding your identity isn't always that easy when it takes well verified people, who are regularly networking, very little time at all to find out exactly who is who, if they are that determined. Trust me, I know about these things. |

My previous name was Cuck Rogers, just an amusing play on words. Even though i explained it on my profile I still got huge amounts of mail thinking I was a cuckold. Men who don't read profiles, who knew?!  Current name was the first thing off the top of my head to remedy the situation. |

The right username can have a significant effect on the results that you get. I proved this years ago on a well known straight dating site. Two pals and myself were having little or no success standard run of the mill profiles, and so I uploaded a profile calling my handsome millionaire, and suddenly got inundated with fan mail from all over the country. At first I thought that I couldn't really use the identity to meet anyone, but when it began to emerge that I had created something that was getting as much attention as glamourous woman such as most on here get when you sit posing in your basques, fishnets and thigh length boots, I thought why not, if you got it, flaunt it, but being very selective over who I meet. Even I misjudged a few though as nobody comes complete with their CV, medical records, and their experian credit report. Some of them I met made hardened swingers seem frighteningly normal. |
