If i could buy a little land in the country, i would start a nudist resort come swinging resort. There is nothing in south wales that i know off. Keep prices down to attract the numbers. I know exactly what is needed for all year activity but due to covid, my finances arnt as they were last year. Maybe one day my crypto will explode and i can make a start. Be interested in hearing from anyone who wants to invest with me.
