There is one on cowbridge road bridgend opposite the college there.it looks like an ordinary house which it is but in one of downstairs windows facing on to road it says that it is taking on new patients if thats what you call people who go there

I use Axis Chiropracter. They have one in Cardiff and Newport. But, I go to Newport to see Laura Walker. She's the best I've found so far.
Can I ask what is hurting? |

"Thank you all with your responses grestly appreciated..lower to mid back is very uncomfortable the last few weeks. Any ideas?!"
Hip stretches. (Lay flat on floor. One knee raised. Bring it over your other straight leg. Try staying with your shoulders on the floor)
Touch your toes stretches.
Straight back against the edge of a door.
(These are what I do. But, 100% seek medical help) x |

You need a full assessment. I would suggest this too. Although you have lower back pain it might be stemming from something else. Laura us brilliant mind. I've used several and after one or two visits I'm so much better after seeing her x |

Mine cost £30 or £35 a session but for someone new its £50 I think...
You'd have to check with them. I normally buy one and then get a follow up if needed. x |
