Your right some are open for people need accommodation for essential work or refuge from harm, homeless I think

Not an expert but my take is you can travel and stay away to escape abuse and if you explain to the hotel then I'd say that's an acceptable exemption to the rules.

I've experienced this unfortunately. 02920460566 is RISE, Cardiff Womens support for those who have or are experiencing domestic abuse. They can house you if the situation is physically or emotionally damaging. The number is 24 hours. They will ask some very personal questions too so be prepared.
