We always use their profile name or where available the name that shows just above their stats. Not fans either of pet names used to speak to or from strangers .
Reserve them for each other and close friends |

Had a first message once which said "Alright Shithead?" and he turned out to be one of the best people I have ever met.

Don’t like the pet names, or the hun babe sexy etc, just use the usernames until we actually get to know each other or we tell you our names.
Try to be honest and chatty without being smutty or smarmy with the chat.
After all we all know why we are, but we should still be able to be given some respect.

I get called hun all the time, thought it was a Welsh thing along with lovely.
I don't call strangers hun myself though but I'm not against others calling me hun or lovely as it's not exactly a bad thing now is it?

I think women dont like being calked hun or love when i message someone i always say hi so and so and i always say how are you but i always read they re profiles but if they dont like a how are you just say hi so and so what you been upto .. |
